He oversees American Horizon’s media, production, and brand initiatives while guiding the continued growth of its divisions and affiliated brands.
Director of Northstar StudiosKaren McGiffin serves as the Director of Northstar Studios, overseeing the company’s event entertainment, photography, and production services. She helps coordinate operations, support clients, and ensure every event receives the organization and attention it deserves. With her dependability, eye for detail, and commitment to creating memorable experiences, Karen plays an essential role in guiding Northstar Studios and its continued growth.

Mariah Beary serves as Director of Podcasts for American Horizon, overseeing podcast development, production planning, guest coordination, and day-to-day operations within the podcast division. She helps shape each project from concept through production while working with guests and collaborators to keep the department moving forward.
